How do I sign up/register to use the space?‍

We have tried to make registration and use of the space as straight forward as possible. The two-step process is outlined below.

REGISTRATION

Step 1 - First, register for our space. Registration is free and just adds your information to our system. Registration link below and top right. The required information is as follows:

• Full Name
• Email
• Mobile Number
• Registration Link

Step 2 - Once registered, you will be able to use the space in a couple of ways, create a booking or select a membership as follows:

BOOKING

A booking just means you are not committing to a membership but reserving a desk, private office, or the meeting room for a specific date and time; think of it as pay as you go.

• HOT DESK BOOKING: Book any open hot desk for half a day (4 hours) to a full day.
• MEETING BOOTH BOOKING: Book one of three meeting booths for a team meeting or working session. Each booth seats up to 4 and is a cost-effective alternative to the conference room if absolute privacy is not needed.
• PRIVATE OFFICE BOOKING: Book a private office hourly or a full day.
• MEETING ROOM BOOKING: Book a meeting room. The rooms seats 8 and can hold 10 - 12. Each includes use of a whiteboard, presentation monitor, phone booth, and printing options available if needed.
• PHONE BOOTH BOOKING (use requires a paid booking or membership): Book a phone booth for that all-important call or Zoom meeting. * Note, phone booth use requires a desk, booth, or conference room booking or a membership in order to access the space.

MEMBERSHIP

A membership means you are committing to the space on a monthly basis. Our minimum membership is 1 month and there are no long-term membership requirements. Our current memberships are listed below.

• HOT DESK MEMBERSHIP: Select a monthly membership for unlimited access.
• DEDICATED DESK MEMBERSHIP: Select a dedicated desk for a month or more and set it up as you see fit.
• PRIVATE OFFICE MEMBERSHIP: Select a furnished private office for a month or more and set it up as you see fit.
